Weekend retreats at Tara Hills
Throughout the year we offer a range of high quality weekend
retreats at Tara
Hills Retreat Centre, which is only 45 minutes drive from Adelaide.
Retreat practice allows you to go deeper with the Lifeflow Meditations
and to explore a topic of meditation in more detail. Many students have
experienced profound realisations or touched deep experiences of calm
and joy whilst in retreat.
