Opening fully to life – the creative act of being
When we let go of our expectations, we are open to what is happening, right there in front of us, right here and now. Instead of being caught up in our hopes and fears, we can then engage fully in the dance of life. Meditation provides the skills to bring your mind to a calm, balanced state, and to learn to rest in this experience of openness. From here you can open up to the intuition, and learn to engage with your environment and the people in your life with love and creativity. In all retreats we practise techniques that are useful in the retreat situation and can also be applied to everyday life. We aim to teach in a way that lets you link the experiences and understanding of meditation throughout your life.
