Tara Hills Retreat Centre
SOLD OUT
– call us on 8379 9001 to join our waitlist now.
Without realising it, we often look outside
of ourselves to the people and situations around us in order to
feel good.
As our feelings are a part of our own life it is possible to take
our emotional well-being into our own hands. One of the pillars
of the 2 ½ millennia old meditation tradition are the exercises
in using the breath to create pleasure. Through these exercises
we can learn to nurture and sustain ourselves emotionally and rekindle
an easily forgotten feeling: joy
As this retreat will be run over 4 nights and days it will make it possible to explore and practise the meditations in greater depth. Leave with deeper calm and more joy!
If you would like a shorter version of this retreat, then try our weekend retreat for Joy of Being.

In all retreats we practise techniques that
are useful in the retreat situation and can also be applied to everyday
life. We aim to teach in a way that lets you link the experiences
and understanding of meditation throughout your life.
