3 day / 3 night retreat We often think that feeling good comes from people and things outside of ourselves. We keep looking for the next thing, something new to make us feel good... Some of us even keep searching for a grand awakening! Meditation takes another tack: instead of trying to grab hold of more, you practice letting go. This allows you return to the natural bliss of your body: the wellspring of good feelings through your life. From here, your heart can open, cultivating a true connection with your feeling life. Then action arises naturally, instead of endlessly grabbing or just getting by with doing what is needed. Learning to let go, and open up to life can lead to a deep sense of contentment, each moment fulfilling in itself, as each moment is fulfilled in its own right. In all Lifeflow Retreats we practise techniques that are useful in the retreat situation and can also be applied to everyday life. We aim to teach in a way that lets you link the experiences and understanding of Lifeflow Meditation throughout your life.
