Lifeflow Studio – 8 / 259 Glen Osmond Rd, Frewville
Where can I park? View our car parking map which gives easy directions about where you can park during the day time or evening classes - there is plenty of onsite parking and also very easy street parking just by the building In the daytime you can park in any of the Lifeflow designated car parks (except the ones marked "Reserved for Teachers"). After hours you can also park across Avenue Rd in the large car park there. Full details are in our car parking map. There is also plenty of street parking with 2 hour parks on Avenue Rd and North St.
When is the Lifeflow Studio open?During the evenings, the Lifeflow Studio at 8 / 259 Glen Osmond Rd, Frewville, is usually open about 15 minutes before any of our scheduled classes. In the daytime through most of the year, we are normally open as follows: Mon–Fri Please contact us if you would like to visit outside of these hours. Tara Hills Retreat CentreThis is our main retreat centre, located in the scenic Adelaide Hills, about 45 minutes drive from Adelaide (just past Nairne). Click here for information about Tara Hills.
